1. Acceptance of Terms

3. Account Registration

kk888's aggregate liability to any Member in respect of any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Member in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit kk888's liability for death or personal injury caused by its gross negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

11. Account Suspension and Termination

kk888 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any Member account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable time following request.
• Suspected fraudulent, collusive or unlawful activity.
• Requirement under applicable law or instruction from a regulatory or law enforcement authority.
• Extended period of inactivity (as defined in the Platform's inactive account policy).

Upon closure of an account for reasons other than fraud, kk888 will return the verified account balance (net of any outstanding wagering requirements or deductions permitted under these Terms) to the Member via a verified payment method within a reasonable period.

12. Dispute Resolution

13. Amendments to Terms
